Delivery Information

We can deliver to the following countries using our safe and secure transporters, either FedEx or APC:

UK and all countries within the EU, Channel Islands, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

We offer a fully trackable delivery service so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery every step of the way.

LEAD TIMES

All items are held in stock unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Stock items will be despatched within 3-5 working days of order. We do not normally deliver at the weekend.

If for any reason an item you order is out of stock we will contact you immediately to advise.

 

UK DELIVERY

Standard delivery within the UK is £5.95 per order.

This is an overnight service and will require a signature on arrival.

Goods cannot be left at an alternative location. We can deliver to both residential and business addresses.

 

EU DELIVERY

Standard delivery within the EU is £19.95 per order.

The transit time may vary depending on the country but is usually 2-3 days and will require a signature on arrival. Goods cannot be left at an alternative location.

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY

Standard delivery to other countries is as follows per order:

Channel Islands - £29.95

Switzerland - £29.95

Norway - £29.95

Canada - £29.95

Australia - £39.95

New Zealand - £39.95

When an order is placed for delivery outside the EU, both the products and delivery service are normally zero-rated, with no UK VAT paid on either. However, the price paid for the products and delivery services on our website are as shown with no reduction at checkout, and no VAT charge will be shown on the order. Please be aware that you may be liable to pay import duties and taxes on your order before final delivery; if you are unsure about these changes please consult your local customs office prior to placing your order.

 

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (with the original packaging) and we’ll refund or replace - it’s that simple. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 7 days from the date you received it including the original packaging, provided the item is in a saleable condition and with a relevant receipt. We will issue a refund or replacement as requested. This undertaking is in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that bespoke items, special orders, made-to-order goods, gift vouchers, personalised items and perishable goods can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

Please complete the Returns Label including your order number and return it with the item. There is no need to contact us prior to returning an item.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse.

We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the Post Office.

We will endeavour to process your return on the day we receive your parcel however under some circumstances this could take up to 14 days. When the return is processed you will receive an email confirming your refund. It will usually take 5 days from receipt of the email for your account to be credited however some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Orders placed during the Christmas period are subject to an extended returns policy but must be returned to us for an exchange or refund during the first week of the new year.

Please note that all exchanges are dependent upon stock availability at this very busy time. If you would like to exchange an item please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirements.

Items must be returned with the original packaging, in a saleable condition and with a relevant receipt, at your own expense. Only the price of the goods are refunded, not postage. Refunds are given less the outward postage. You are advised to send by recorded delivery and retain your proof of postage. Meredith England cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
